By using Crescript, users agree to comply with this policy in addition to the Terms & Conditions.
2. Permitted use
Crescript may be used only for lawful purposes within the intended scope of the product: generating social-media or related text scripts based on user prompts and settings.
3. Prohibited uses
Users may not use Crescript:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- to generate content that infringes third-party rights;
- to generate or support scams, impersonation, manipulation, or deception;
- to create illegal content or facilitate unlawful activity;
- to use the service outside its intended product scope in a way that abuses the platform;
- to probe, scan, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
- to submit malicious code, automated exploit traffic, or abusive automated requests;
- to bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions;
- to use the outputs as a substitute for regulated professional advice;
- to misuse finance-related outputs as investment advice, signals, guarantees, or factual market representations without independent verification.
4. User responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for:
- the legality of the inputs they provide;
- the review of generated outputs;
- compliance with applicable law, platform rules, advertising rules, and disclosure obligations; and
- ensuring that outputs are not misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
5. Enforcement
Crescript may monitor compliance through technical and operational means, and may suspend or terminate accounts, limit access, remove content, or take other protective actions where misuse is reasonably suspected.
6. Changes
Crescript may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
